By registering for a class at The Turquoise Cup, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class will receive studio credit toward a future class. Cancellations within 72 hours of the class, and no-shows, are not eligible for rescheduling or credit, as materials and staffing are prepared in advance. You may cancel by email at hello@theturquoisecup.com. Please note that The Turquoise Cup does not offer refunds. In the event The Turquoise Cup must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive studio credit to reschedule for a future class.
