We’ll guide you through the basic techniques of throwing clay on the pottery wheel. This one-session class is great for those who are trying out throwing on the pottery wheel for the first time or who want to refresh their skills.
Our small class size (max 5ppl) ensures personalized, hands-on instruction tailored to your skill level.

Hands-on Instruction
Bisque Firing & Clear glaze Firing for one of your thrown vessels.
A few important details to note:
1. Your class fee includes one piece. Additional pieces may be kept for $10 each.
2. At the end of class, you may choose to have your piece dip-glazed in clear (included), or return after it’s fired to glaze it yourself during Open Studio for an $18 per person fee, where you can choose your own colors.
3. Aprons are provided, but you’re welcome to bring an old towel to place on your lap for extra coverage.
4. All participants must be at least 8 years old. No exceptions.
5. Classroom space is reserved for registered students only. Additional family members may relax in our café or paint in the main studio while they wait.
