Policies and Disclaimers

To reserve a party at The Turquoise Cup, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at the conclusion of the event. A final guest count must be provided at least 3 days before the party; additional guests cannot be accommodated without at least 3 days’ notice and only if materials are available. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a studio credit. Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for a 50% studio credit of deposit paid. Day-of cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. By booking, you acknowledge that art activities may involve materials that can stain or pose minor risk, and you agree not to hold The Turquoise Cup or its staff liable for any injury, loss, or damage. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during the event. Submission of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms.
